Part-Time Administrative Assistant (2 month term)

If you're a great team player, meticulously organized and have an interest in learning more about the business side of photography, this role may be the perfect fit for you. Erin Clayton Photography is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support in a number of areas during a contract period of approximately 2 months.

For the duration of the time, the candidate will be preferably available 2 days per week for approximately 5 hours per day between January 25 and March 25. Daily start and end times are flexible, but working hours are between 7 am and 4 pm within Abqaiq.  

In this role you will:

  • Assist with sorting a large number of images 
  • Prepare spreadsheets
  • Provide customer service support by responding to both email and phone inquiries
  • Organize product orders 

In search of candidates possessing the following characteristics:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • English as first language
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Lightroom (good to have, but not necessary)
