1: Book
Schedule Your Session
Use my online system to choose your desired time and make payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation with details about your session, and link to my Getting Ready Guide.
2: Photo Session
Get Camera Ready
Your session will be quick, fun, and fully guided to make sure we capture headshots that you fall in love with and are exactly the vibe you want.
3: Ordering
Selecting Your Images
You’ll get access to a private online gallery showcasing the best images from your session. Choose three favourites, or you can order additional images, too. Once the images are edited and ready, you’ll get a link to downloading them and now you have your new headshots!

Once you book your Headshot Day session, you'll receive a Headshot Getting Ready Guide to help you plan your wardrobe and get the most out of your session.

Due to the limited session time, outfit changes are not possible; however, you can add variety by layering (e.g., putting on/taking off a jacket or cardigan).
You can choose any of my available backdrop colours when booking your session.
If you need multiple outfit changes or backdrops, I recommend booking a custom headshot session instead.

✔ Are more affordable since sessions are scheduled back-to-backCustom headshot sessions are offered year round and offer more flexibility.

Your $199 Headshot Day session includes:
✔ A 15-minute headshot session
✔ Your choice of backdrop colour
✔ A proofing gallery to review the best images from your session
✔ 2 retouched images of your choice, selected from at least 7 proofs -
My signature retouching is included for the two images you choose, as well as any additional images you purchase. Retouching includes:
✨ Stray hair removal
✨ Skin blemish correction
✨ Whitening of teeth & eyes
✨ Glass glare removalAdditional retouching requests may be available upon request—a custom quote will be provided.

Yes! You’ll have the option to purchase additional images after reviewing your proofs.

Booking is easy!

2️⃣ Answer a few quick questions to help me prepare for your session.
3️⃣ Submit payment to confirm your session.You'll receive an automatic email confirmation with all the details, including location and parking info.

Sessions take place at my home studio in the Bear Mountain community of Langford, BC.
Full location and parking details will be sent in your email confirmation after booking.

I completely understand that life happens! If you can’t make it, your session fee can be applied to a future Headshot Day or used as a credit toward a custom headshot session.
